Improvement to Property Submittal
It is the responsibility of the Property Owner to make certain that the improvement(s) being made to the said property is done in compliance with the French Settlement's Covenants and Restrictions, as it applies to the Phase your property is located. Approval for all submittals is effective for nine months following the approval date.
